• 30+ days in advance: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee

• 15–29 days in advance: 50% refund

• Less than 14 days: No refund, but you may transfer to another date (subject to availability)

• Medical emergencies: Assessed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation
