Bhogananda and Nuno led wisely and calmly. Always clear in communication, attentive to each person's limits. At no point did I feel uncomfortable; there was only discovery, awareness, and freedom of choice.

The theoretical part was essential to give meaning to the experience. The techniques of the massage, the importance of breathing, the initial moment always with a consecration and an intention.
Each module was explained with clarity and simplicity. This foundation brought security and helped me better understand the body, energy, and emotions, allowing the practice of massage to be experienced with more awareness and depth.
They were experiences that I felt as a meeting with myself and with my Beloved, in a safe space, supported by honest people and by authentic and highly valuable teachings.
