Physical and energetic presence
Through breathwork exercises, experiential dynamics, guided meditations, and mindful touch practices, you will awaken your awareness of your body as a sacred temple and open yourself to the expansion of your senses.

We explore the masculine and feminine energies that dwell within each of us, and how they dance in the Universe. This dance of polarities creates magnetism, desire, and an intimacy that transcends the physical.
